Managing Partner
Lyndsey's background in agriculture stems from her close bond with her great grandparents who were one of the founding families of Cortez, a small Japanese-American Farming town in Stanislaus County where they founded the Baba Farm, a Blue Diamond Growers Operation. She has a certificate from Harvard University in Government Ethics and is a Certified Restorative Justice Practitioner and acclaimed curriculum developer. Her extensive experience as a female leader and professional in Agriculture, Government Policy, Campaign Management, Education, Media and Disaster Response and Restoration helps give her unique insight to untapped areas for growth in our industry.
Lyndsey is a former Miss California (2020/2021), currently serves on the Los Cien Sonoma County Board of Directors, as Fifth District Commissioner to the Sonoma County Commission on Human Rights and as Co-Head Coach of the Santa Rosa Junior College Cheer team having accumulated over 20 National and International Titles in her career as an athlete and coach.

Deborah is a former student of the Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University with a passion for agriculture, hard work and constantly learning something new. her extensive background as a 4H leader and multi-faceted coach and community volunteer brings a new level of patience, dedication and outside of the box thinking to Baba-Renenger Farms. Deborah's unwavering commitment to family, constant levelheadedness and knack for getting her hands dirty to get hard work done makes her the rock to our Managing Partner Duo.
Deborah has also served on advisory committees, is a multi-time nominee of the Sonoma County 4C's Champion's for Children Award, CVNL Volunteer of theYear, Sonoma County Commission on the Status of Women Heart of Sonoma County Award, North Bay Business Journal's Influential Women in Business and more. She currently serves as a 4H Co-Leader and as Co-Head Coach for Santa Rosa Junior College Cheer with a total of 5 national first place titles as a coach.
Senior Sustainability Fellow
Colin is a graduate of WyoTech and automotive industry professional. Colin takes pride in his knowledge of machinery, constant willingness to learn and hone his craft and contribute to the viability and longevity of Baba-Renenger Farms as a future leader of our organization.
Senior Agricultural Development Fellow
Corrine is a student at UC Davis majoring in Animal Science with experience in beef production and a long history working with livestock as a former 4H and FFA member and current 4H Co-Leader allowing her to explore and contribute new ideas to our future Strategic Development.
