Lyndsey’s deep roots in agriculture trace back to her great-grandparents, Miye and Nobuzo Baba, founders of Baba Farm—one of the pioneering families of Cortez, a historic Japanese-American farming community in Stanislaus County and a proud Blue Diamond Growers operation.
She holds a certificate in Government Ethics from Harvard University and is a Certified Restorative Justice Practitioner as well as an accomplished curriculum developer. Lyndsey’s diverse professional experience spans agriculture, government policy, campaign management, education, media, and disaster response and restoration, giving her a distinctive perspective on innovation and growth across industries.
A former Miss California (2020–2021), Lyndsey currently serves on the Los Cien Sonoma County Board of Directors, as the Fifth District Commissioner to the Sonoma County Commission on Human Rights, and as Co-Head Coach of the Santa Rosa Junior College Cheer Team, where she has earned more than 20 national and international titles as both an athlete and coach.

Deborah is a proud alumna of Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University, with a lifelong passion for agriculture, hard work, and continuous learning. Her extensive experience as a 4-H leader, multi-faceted coach, and dedicated community volunteer brings a unique blend of patience, creativity, and determination to Baba-Renenger Farms. Known for her steady leadership, family-first values, and willingness to roll up her sleeves to get the job done, Deborah is truly the cornerstone of our managing partner team.
Her deep commitment to community service has earned her multiple honors, including nominations for the Sonoma County 4C’s Champions for Children Award, CVNL Volunteer of the Year, Sonoma County Commission on the Status of Women’s Heart of Sonoma County Award, and the North Bay Business Journal’s Influential Women in Business Award. She continues to serve as a 4-H Co-Leader and Co-Head Coach for the Santa Rosa Junior College Cheer Team, where she has guided athletes to five national first-place titles.

Senior Sustainability Fellow
Colin is a proud graduate of WyoTech and an experienced automotive industry professional with a strong background in mechanical systems, diagnostics, and equipment maintenance. His deep understanding of machinery and operations plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and long-term sustainability of Baba-Renenger Farms.
Known for his hands-on expertise and meticulous attention to detail, Colin brings an innovative, problem-solving mindset to every aspect of his work. Whether maintaining complex agricultural equipment or developing new mechanical solutions to improve productivity, he approaches each challenge with precision, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence.
Colin’s passion for continuous learning and his drive to master his craft embody the forward-thinking spirit of Baba-Renenger Farms. As a future leader within the organization, he is dedicated to advancing the farm’s legacy through innovation, sustainability, and the pursuit of operational excellence. His mechanical insight and steadfast work ethic help ensure that the farm not only thrives today but is well-positioned for success in the generations to come.

Senior Agricultural Development Fellow
Corrine is currently pursuing a degree in Animal Science at the University of California, Davis, where she is expanding her expertise in livestock management, genetics, and sustainable agricultural practices. With a strong background in beef production and years of hands-on experience working with livestock, Corrine brings both technical knowledge and real-world insight to the team at Baba-Renenger Farms.
Her deep connection to agriculture began through her active involvement in 4-H and FFA, where she developed a lifelong passion for animal husbandry, leadership, and agricultural education. Today, she continues to share that passion as a 4-H Co-Leader, mentoring young members and inspiring the next generation of agricultural innovators.
At Baba-Renenger Farms, Corrine plays an integral role in strategic development, contributing fresh ideas rooted in science, innovation, and sustainability.
